Sound Healing

Back in October 2022, I attended a mind body spirit fair in Liverpool, where I was introduced to ‘gong baths’ once I’d attended my first gong bath I was hooked. Ever since I’ve been attending regular gong baths hosted by two amazing souls in Liverpool.

In May 2023 I signed up to a 7-month course to become a ‘Sound Healing and Breathwork Practitioner’ to learn more about sound healing with gongs, singing bowls, mantras, tuning forks and other musical instruments, which complements my other passion in crystal healing and also the courses I’m currently doing with Hope College of Crystal Healing.

Gongs are a very powerful instrument which can create some amazing overtones and I’ve now started collecting gongs and sound healing equipment, and in the future hope to run local gong baths around Chester to bring this amazing experience to more people across the North West of England.
